General Information

Goals:

This course aims to prepare trainees for the ISTQB® Advanced Test Manager exam, by providing them with the skills to:

• Define overall test objectives and strategy for the systems to be tested
  
• Organize and manage the testing process in the various development life cycles
  
• Plan, monitor tasks and organize reporting and communication
  
• Select, acquire and assign appropriate resources to tasks
  
• Organize communication between test team members
  
• Justify decisions and provide reporting information

Mandatory Requirements:

• ISTQB® Foundation Certified Tester certification
• Experience in testing or project management
