As a consultant, it is crucial that you are proactive and results-oriented, ensuring that projects are successfully completed.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of Continuous principles and reinforce the DevOps culture within teams and the organization.
Identify and apply quality improvement measures based on risk assessment.
Assist in building teams that take ownership of the quality of their deliverables.
Actively engage in testing and test automation.
Define test environments and manage test data.
Discover methods to maximize business value for both the team and the organization.
Help establish monitoring processes for build status.

Requirements

Have at least 5 years of experience in organizations undergoing agile, CI/CD, or DevOps transformations, either operationally or in a start-up environment.
Have experience in programming and automation.
Have experience in coaching roles.
Are a sociable team player.
Take initiative and are not afraid to lead change.
Aim to improve and simplify processes to deliver the best possible product.
Have knowledge of non-functional testing, such as performance and security, preferably automated.
Be curious and committed to staying updated with the latest developments.
Be fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
