About the Role

As a Consultant Test Automation Engineer, you will assist our clients in automating their test processes as well as guaranteeing the quality of their software solutions. With your technical expertise and experience in test automation, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of client projects.

The minimum gross monthly salary for this role under the IT collective agreement is € 3,175. Your actual compensation will be defined jointly, depending on your qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

You design, develop and maintain automated test cases (UI and services) within our customer-specific tool landscape.
You evaluate customer requirements and existing test cases to identify automation opportunities.
After executing the tests, you analyze the results and use them to continuously improve test coverage and software quality.
Your expertise allows you to guide the team in selecting the best tools for the job.
By developing customized test automation strategies, you streamline the progress of our customer projects.
In addition to defining and creating necessary test data, you ensure the proper execution of the tests.

Requirements

You have 3 years of experience in software testing, ideally with a focus on automated testing.
You are familiar with automation and testing tools such as TOSCA, Selenium, SoapUI, Ranorex, or similar platforms.
You have programming experience in languages such as Java, C#, C++, Groovy Script or equivalent technologies.
Your trolley is always ready to roll, and you are happy to use it regularly for business trips.
With business fluent German language skills (C1) and ISTQB certification, you fulfil two key requirements for a successful start with us.
