About the Role

As a Senior Consultant Test Management, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring test processes, ensuring software quality and liaising with various stakeholders to achieve optimal test results. You take on a central role in complex projects, identify risks in the testing process at an early stage, and proactively develop suitable solutions.

The minimum gross monthly salary for this role under the IT collective agreement is € 3,175. Your actual compensation will be defined jointly, depending on your qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

Manage the preparation, planning and monitoring of tests in relevant project phases with various stakeholders.
Here you will manage bug fixes and test releases as well as set up reports on the test progress.
You are responsible for creating and implementing training courses for test management tools and processes.
Be responsible for the definition of an overarching test strategy and the creation of technical test cases.
You actively develop lasting customer relationships.
With your expertise you are a mentor figure for other colleagues.

Requirements

You have at least 5 years of experience in software testing.
In addition to in-depth knowledge of processes and methods, you also have user knowledge in software development and project management (fundamental test process, error management, Scrum).
You have a high level of customer and service orientation, strong communication skills and you are a team player.
Your trolley is always ready to roll, and you are happy to use it regularly for business trips.
With business fluent German language skills (C1) and ISTQB certification, you fulfil two key requirements for a successful start with us.
