About the Role

For this role you need to be interested in technical and exploratory testing and open to grow in other business areas. As a consultant with our clients, it's crucial that you are proactive and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Responsibilities

As a technical tester, you are comfortable and experienced in finding your place in both traditional project structures with a significant amount of waterfall methodology and in an agile initiative team. You have a strong ability to understand the overall picture, think end-to-end, and feel comfortable delving into both business issues and test data.

Your daily responsibilities will involve a blend of manual and automated testing using established tools such as Postman, SoapUI, ReadyAPI, and Selenium. In manual testing, you should be experienced with both executing test cases and exploratory testing. In automation, while you may not have set up the framework, you should have professional experience and be proficient in tasks such as validation.

When you find a bug, you are not satisfied with only reporting but have also interest to dig below the surface to get closer to the cause of the error.

In terms of databases, you are proficient beyond basic SQL statements. Experience with Datawarehousing and/or Stored Procedures is also highly desirable.

Requirements

Have at least 5 years of experience as a technical tester.
Be a social team player.
Have experience in databases and Rest API.
Be meticulous and committed to meeting quality standards.
Be curious and willing to keep up to date.
Speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
