Responsibilities

Identify what to test and determine the extent of testing based on business benefits.
Develop a comprehensive test strategy and test plan covering all test levels, from system tests to acceptance tests and regression tests.
Lead the test/QA team.
Select appropriate testing methodologies.
Provide recommendations on test automation.
Coordinate, prioritize, and communicate test activities.
Report status, current risks, and recommended actions at both operational and strategic levels.

Requirements

Understand the importance of actively making new contacts and building your brand as a consultant.
Possess strong proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
Have a minimum of 5 years experience in coaching and leading teams.
Be motivated by challenges and excel at problem-solving.
Demonstrate flexibility.
