Responsibilities

Draft the overall testing strategy: unit tests, integration tests, organization of campaigns, etc.

Identify and manage prerequisites: data, environments, etc.

Estimate test load
-
Write and execute sprint tests
-
Support employees in charge of automation

Manage the QA team (planning, follow-up, reporting)

Supervise end-to-end system quality
-
Alert and escalate any project/product risks to Project Management
Requirements
-
Solid experience in Agile methodologies
-
An ISTQB Foundation certification (Advanced is a plus)

A strong technical background
-
Confidence in leadership and interpersonal skills to guide a team

As a Test Lead, you demonstrate great autonomy and a natural talent for teaching

You possess strong analytical and synthesis skills
