Mål:

Denna kurs syftar till att förbereda deltagarna inför ISTQB® Advanced Test Manager-examen genom att ge dem färdigheter att:

Definiera övergripande testmål och strategi för de system som ska testas
Organisera och hantera testprocessen i de olika utvecklingscyklerna
Planera och övervaka uppgifter samt organisera rapportering och kommunikation
Välja ut, anskaffa och tilldela lämpliga resurser till uppgifterna
Organisera kommunikationen mellan medlemmarna i testteamet
Motivera beslut och tillhandahålla rapporteringsinformation
