CI/CD Engineer

We are seeking a professional passionate about advancing our customers' technical agile development by leading the implementation of continuous integration principles and fostering a DevOps culture, both operationally and strategically. You have a genuine interest in continuous work processes and emerging technologies, with a keen ability to assess and enhance the business benefits for our customers. As a consultant, it is crucial that you are proactive and results-oriented, ensuring that projects are successfully completed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

For example

• Lead the implementation of Continuous principles and reinforce the DevOps culture within teams and the organization.

• Identify and apply quality improvement measures based on risk assessment.

• Assist in building teams that take ownership of the quality of their deliverables.

• Actively engage in testing and test automation.

• Define test environments and manage test data.

• Discover methods to maximize business value for both the team and the organization.

• Help establish monitoring processes for build status.

QUALIFICATIONS

We would like you to

• Have at least 5 years of experience in organizations undergoing agile, CI/CD, or DevOps transformations, either operationally or in a start-up environment.
• Have experience in programming and automation.
• Have experience in coaching roles.
• Are a sociable team player.
• Take initiative and are not afraid to lead change.
• Aim to improve and simplify processes to deliver the best possible product.
• Have knowledge of non-functional testing, such as performance and security, preferably automated.
• Be curious and committed to staying updated with the latest developments.
• Be fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
