About the Role

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you take responsibility for ensuring consistent software quality. You design and implement automated tests, seamlessly integrate them into development workflows, and actively contribute your expertise in agile teams. Your work helps increase test coverage, catch defects early, and establish measurable quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • You design and maintain automated test cases with tools such as Selenium, Ranorex, Cypress, or Tosca.

  • You apply regression and integration testing to ensure consistent software quality throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) is a key part of your workflow.

  • You analyze test outcomes to detect issues early and initiate targeted corrective actions.

  • In collaboration with developers and test management, you continuously improve testing processes.

  • You foster knowledge sharing, establish best practices, and actively support the team's automation expertise.

Qualifications

  • You bring solid experience in test automation and have worked with tools like Selenium, Cypress, Tosca, Appium, Playwright, Ranorex, or JUnit.

  • You’re proficient in Java, C#, or Python and have a practical understanding of Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD).

  • Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban are familiar territory, and you're experienced in embedding test automation into CI/CD pipelines.

  • You are confident using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Azure DevOps, as well as test management platforms like Jira/Xray, TestRail, or Zephyr.

  • An ISTQB certification (Foundation Level or higher) underlines your professional qualifications.

  • You stand out with a strong quality mindset, sharp analytical skills, a proactive work approach, and a drive for continuous learning in QA and automation.
