Objectifs :

Cette formation vise à préparer les participants à l'examen ISTQB® Advanced Test Manager, en leur permettant d'acquérir les compétences nécessaires pour :

Définir les objectifs généraux et la stratégie de test pour les systèmes à tester
Organiser et gérer le processus de test au cours des différents cycles de vie du développement
Planifier et suivre les tâches, et organiser le reporting et la communication
Sélectionner, acquérir et affecter les ressources appropriées aux tâches
Organiser la communication entre les membres de l’équipe de test
Justifier les décisions et fournir des informations dans les rapports

Chef de projet
Professionnel expérimenté dans le domaine des tests

Exigences obligatoires :

Certification ISTQB® Foundation Certified Tester
Expérience dans le domaine des tests ou de la gestion de projet
