Each year, in accordance with French legislation, companies with at least 50 employees must publish an index of equal pay for men and women in-house. This 100-point index is calculated according to the following criteria:
Gender pay gap,
Rate of individual increases,
Percentage of female employees who received a raise in the year following their return from maternity leave
Number of employees of the under-represented gender among the 10 highest paid employees
